Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Franchise Sales (QSR ):
• Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and convert prospects into franchise partners.
• Build strong relationships with potential investors and guide them through the franchise acquisition process.
• Conduct market research to identify new territories and opportunities for expansion.
• Collaborate with the brand team to ensure franchise marketing materials are compelling and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Real Estate Sales & Marketing:
• Drive sales of residential and commercial projects through effective marketing campaigns.
• Develop digital and offline marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
• Build and manage relationships with brokers, channel partners, and clients.
• Plan and execute events, property exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales & marketing (QSR / real estate preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple verticals and deliver results under deadlines.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
