Job Description

Marketing Lead / Manage

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of
multi-channel marketing campaigns
(digital, social, SEO, email, events, and partner-driven).
Create and oversee
marketing collateral,
including case studies, whitepapers, brochures, video content, and presentations.

Work closely with
external marketing agencies, consultants, and creative partners
to drive campaigns and branding initiatives.
Plan and manage
partner marketing, webinars, industry events, and collaborations
to boost visibility and engagement.
Support the
sales and presales team
with tailored proposals, presentations, and solution-driven content.
Collect customer and market insights to refine targeting, improve conversion funnels, and generate high-quality leads.
Track, measure, and report on the
performance of marketing programs
, optimising for ROI.
Drive
SEO and branding initiatives
to strengthen our online presence and thought leadership.
Ensure effective
project management, tracking, and communication
across multiple stakeholders and campaigns.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
4 to 10 years of experience in
B2B/B2C marketing for e-commerce software, SaaS, or IT services
.
Strong expertise in
digital marketing, SEO/SEM, branding, and campaign execution
.
Experience working with
external agencies and consultants
.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with
excellent organisational and communication skills
.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and take data-driven decisions.
Creative thinker with experience in
event planning, partner collaboration, and brand building
.
