Marketing Internship in Pune

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Rubyworks across social, digital, and professional networks
• Collaborate with the founders to define and implement the overall brand and communication strategy
• Create, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns (organic and paid) across channels like LinkedIn, email, and industry forums
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, positioning opportunities, and content themes
• Support in creating brand assets, marketing collaterals, and campaign performance reports
• Coordinate with design, content, and tech teams to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Plan and manage content calendars, social media posts, and community engagement activities
• Assist in crafting investor and partnership decks with a focus on brand narrative and market positioning
• Track marketing KPIs and recommend optimizations for reach, engagement, and conversion
• Work closely with the leadership to refine brand identity, tone, and messaging
