The Role

Senior Social Media Manager

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a high-impact social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Create and manage an editorial calendar focused on thought leadership, user education, community stories, and product updates.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging, shareable assets (reels, carousels, videos).
• Track KPIs and performance metrics to optimize growth and engagement.
• Lead community initiatives, including influencer partnerships, user feedback loops, and campaigns.
• Monitor conversations and trends in the creator economy, social media space, and AI tools.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in social media strategy, content marketing, or digital brand management.
• Strong understanding of creator and influencer culture.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Proven success in growing brand presence and engagement organically.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, GA4, Sprout, etc.).
• Bonus: Experience with SaaS or AI-powered tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to move fast and experiment.
