The Role We're looking for a strategic and creative Senior Social Media Manager to lead Zaptroll's social media presence, brand voice, and community engagement. You'll be responsible for crafting a unique content strategy, growing our audience, and positioning Zaptroll as the go-to comment moderation solution for creators and marketers. What You'll Do Develop and execute a high-impact social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Create and manage an editorial calendar focused on thought leadership, user education, community stories, and product updates. Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging, shareable assets (reels, carousels, videos). Track KPIs and performance metrics to optimize growth and engagement. Lead community initiatives, including influencer partnerships, user feedback loops, and campaigns. Monitor conversations and trends in the creator economy, social media space, and AI tools. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in social media strategy, content marketing, or digital brand management. Strong understanding of creator and influencer culture. Exceptional writing and communication skills. Proven success in growing brand presence and engagement organically. Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, GA4, Sprout, etc.).
