Qualification

• MBA students or recent graduates

Job Description

• Conduct in-person visits to assigned schools
• Meet principals or school management to administer surveys
• Collect accurate data using survey formats and digital tools
• Submit completed surveys and daily/weekly reports on time
• Introduce the consortium and explain its purpose and benefits
• Invite schools to join the consortium and record interest levels
• Maintain records of visits, interactions, and observations
• Coordinate schedules and follow-ups with the supervising team
• Represent the consortium professionally during all engagements

Skills Required

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to conduct structured interviews & institutional interactions
• Basic proficiency in Google Forms, Excel, Email, WhatsApp
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate documentation

Eligibility

• Full-time availability for 6 weeks
• Ability to handle field assignments independently
• Willingness to travel within the assigned city and nearby areas
• Willing to travel outstation if required
• • Experience in surveys, data collection, or stakeholder interaction is an added advantage
