Job Description

Digital Marketing Support:
- Assist in creating and scheduling content across various digital platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Work with the team to plan and execute online marketing campaigns and monitor engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics and suggest ways to optimize digital campaigns for better results.
- Support SEO and content marketing initiatives by researching keywords and optimizing web content.
Content Creation & Branding:
- Help develop engaging content such as blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visuals, reels, and graphics for campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Conduct research on competitors, target audiences, and emerging market trends.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations to support marketing strategies.
- Gather insights from analytics tools and customer feedback to improve marketing efforts.
Event & Campaign Coordination:
- Support the planning and execution of promotional events, webinars, and brand activations.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and influencers when necessary.
- Track campaign progress and assist in reporting outcomes to the management team.

Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completed a
Bachelor s or Master s degree
in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of
digital marketing tools
such as Canva, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Analytics is an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a flair for creativity.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Passionate about learning new marketing trends, tools, and technologies
