Responsibilities

  • Gain insights through in-depth market and user research in the ed tech domain.
  • Develop a deep understanding of student personas and journeys.
  • Build, frame & execute a persona-based communication plan to improve learning outcomes
and product adoption. Articulate the value proposition of products & create compelling brand positioning and messaging.
  • Conceptualize, build out, execute, and measure communication initiatives end-to-end. Improve CX through NPS, surveys, and feedback.
  • Own product storytelling across external channels such as web, email, video, PR, etc.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans for sales and marketing teams. Facilitate the marketing team to generate strong momentum ahead of new product launches.
  • Expertise in tools like Clevertap, Clarity, Hotjar, Webflow, and Google Analytics.
  • Focus on implementing programs that consistently generate new, high-quality leads for our company

  • Passion for products & constant curiosity about consumer pain points.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have great project management and business process design skills.
