Job Description: * Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about service using scripts. * Qualifying the potential leads and segregating as per their requirement. * Asking questions to understand customer requirements and forward it to sales team. * Enter and update customer information including names and addresses in the database. * Keep records of calls. * Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements. * Contact customers to follow up on initial Interaction.
