Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video Editor, located in Noida. The Video Editor will be responsible for producing, editing, and color grading videos, creating motion graphics, and working with graphics. Daily tasks include managing video production workflows, ensuring high-quality video output, and collaborating with the creative team to develop compelling visual content. Qualifications Proficient in Video Production and Video Editing Experience in Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics Knowledge of working with various Graphics elements Strong attention to detail and excellent visual storytelling skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Graphic Design, or related field Experience in neuromarketing or related fields is a plus

We’re now looking for a Content Marketer who understands the balance between creative storytelling and strategic performance. Someone who’s not just a writer but a thinker, a researcher, and a marketer with an instinct for human behaviour. Your Role: Build and manage content calendars across industries using neuromarketing frameworks. Write high-quality copy for social media, websites, campaigns, decks, brand stories, and personal branding. Break down complex insights (consumer psychology, bias-led communication, behaviour triggers) into simple, engaging content. Research competitors, trends, and behaviour patterns to create content that stands out. Work directly with the CEO & Strategy team to craft communication that drives recall, trust, and conversions. Collaborate with designers, video editors, and account managers to create multi-format content. Analyse performance and refine content based on insights. Build content systems that make the brand (and client brands) consistent and distinctive. You will be a great fit it you: Think like a marketer, write like a storyteller. Can simplify strategy into crisp and powerful communication. Are obsessed with psychology, behaviour, patterns, and hooks. Have a strong command over English + narrative clarity. Have experience writing for multiple industries. Understand what builds recall on social media. Can handle fast-paced, multi-industry work without losing quality. Are comfortable taking ownership and presenting ideas with confidence. Have worked closely with creative + marketing teams. Bonus if you: Experience in branding or past agency work.
