Job Overview

Your role will sit at the intersection of Sales and Marketing. Instead of traditional branding, you'll focus on arming the sales team with the right content, insights, and media assets to win clients.

Candidate Requirements:

- Strong writer and visual storyteller (Canva, AI design tools, PPT)

- Curious about business strategy, sales, and client psychology

- Comfortable turning raw data into engaging content

- Familiar with LinkedIn marketing or sales enablement tools (bonus)

Key Responsibilities

- Convert client success stories and stats into case studies, one-pagers, and pitch decks

- Build visually compelling sales enablement kits for recruiters and sales reps

- Repurpose CEO's consulting insights and industry research into thought-leadership pieces, infographics, and quick explainer videos

- Develop LinkedIn-ready posts for the sales team to engage prospects

- Create short-form and long-form content to showcase our AI-driven model

- Assist in setting up LinkedIn micro-campaigns that drive leads back to sales

- Track hiring/recruitment trends and package them into sales conversation starters

- Monitor competitor positioning and suggest differentiating hooks

Outcomes:

Should have generated engagement with decision makers in the 100+ content pieces.

Work Schedule:

3 - 6 months, with possibility of extension
