Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of data quality across marketing databases, platforms, and CRM tools.
• Own Data Quality and Data Enrichment programs maintain the hygiene of database in the system.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards to track KPIs across platforms.
• Analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour, lead flow, and sales attribution to support ROI-focused decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, data, and technology) to enable data-driven marketing strategies.
• Prior work experience in SAP is preferred.
• Supports the department with all necessary administrative or clerical work.
• Supports the department with all necessary project work.
• Other duties as assigned
  

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of prior internship experience in marketing
• MBA in International Business/Marketing/Business Analytics/Operations or MSc in Statistics
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail with the ability to translate data into insights
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrixed, global environment.
• Effective communication skills to present complex data in simple, visual ways.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau/Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP (preferred).
