Marketing Intelligence Analyst

Role Overview: As a Marketing Intelligence Analyst at Arrow Electronics, you will be an integral part of the Global Components Digital Analytics team. Your role will involve leveraging data analytics and visualization tools to deliver statistical insights, owning key business data, identifying gaps in tracking systems, and leading long-term analytical projects to drive strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Build dashboards, troubleshoot tracking issues, and perform deep-dive analyses - Leverage data analytics and visualization tools like Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Azure Databricks, SQL, and Power BI - Own key business data and provide recommendations for future action - Identify and resolve gaps in current tracking systems in collaboration with developers and stakeholders - Enhance data collection and tracking capabilities by integrating external data sources - Write and validate acceptance criteria for analytics implementations - Deliver reports and fulfill ad-hoc analysis requests - Stay current with emerging tools and methodologies in digital analytics Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics - Proficiency in SQL, Python, Azure Databricks, and Adobe CJA (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics also acceptable) - Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and recommend improvements - Experience in A/B testing, marketing analytics, and customer behavior analysis - Ability to work cross-functionally with both business and technical teams - Excellent communication skills to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences Additional Company Details: Arrow Electronics, Inc. is an award-winning Fortune 154 company that guides innovation forward for leading technology manufacturers and service providers.
