Key Responsibilities:
Brand Marketing Strategy:Lead the ATL & BTL Strategy for Rice & Edible Oil Brands: Develop and implement above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing strategies that drive growth and market share in the competitive FMCG sector for HVLs rice and edible oil brands.Define Creative and Brand Strategy for HVL Corporate Communications: Establish and execute a cohesive and innovative brand communication strategy to elevate HVLs corporate image and align all messaging with the companys values and mission.Brand Identity Development: Oversee the creation and execution of brand campaigns that define and reinforce HVLs brand positioning, creating a strong emotional connection with the target audience.Digital and Social Media:Lead Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a robust social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to strengthen brand visibility, community engagement, and audience loyalty.Public Relations (PR) Strategy: Formulate and execute effective PR strategies to manage the companys image, ensuring accurate brand representation across traditional and digital media.Content Development & Management: Oversee the creation of engaging content for social media, digital channels, and other communications platforms to maintain a consistent brand voice.Communications & Events Management:Manage Internal and External Communications: Ensure alignment of messaging across all touchpoints, both internally within the organization and externally through media, influencers, and stakeholders.Manage Participation in Exhibitions, Fairs, and Events: Plan and execute brand presence at key industry events, fairs, and exhibitions, optimizing opportunities for lead generation and brand visibility.Lead Unconventional Marketing Initiatives: Identify and implement innovative, unconventional marketing approaches to engage consumers and differentiate HVL brands in the market.Brand Synergy and Lead Generation:Contribute to Brand Synergy Across Platforms: Develop and maintain a cohesive narrative across social media, PR, and other marketing platforms to ensure consistency in the portrayal of HVLs brands and core values.Lead Generation: Actively seek out new opportunities for brand growth, including identifying relevant events, award nominations, vendor partnerships, and influencer collaborations. Ensure consistent lead generation efforts to drive product and brand marketing activities.Collaboration & Team Management:Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, product development, and design teams to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with product objectives and target markets.Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends, and integrate these insights into strategy development and execution.Qualifications:Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in Marketing or equivalent is preferred.Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in brand marketing, with a focus on FMCG products (preferably rice, edible oils, or related categories). Proven experience in managing both ATL and BTL strategies.Skills:Strong understanding of the Indian FMCG market, consumer behavior, and digital marketing trends.Experience in social media strategy, content development, and public relations management.Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative marketing campaigns.Strong project management skills and attention to detail.Key Competencies:Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external agencies.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a result-oriented approach.Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
