Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Head (Female) with excellent communication skills and experience in the real estate industry to lead our marketing and sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing strategies, driving sales, and building brand visibility across multiple real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and execute marketing and sales strategies to meet project sales targets.

· Manage digital marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and advertising activities.

· Coordinate project launches, events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.

· Generate and follow up on sales leads through various marketing channels.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.

· Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

· Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies.

· Prepare marketing budgets, reports, and performance analysis.

· Ensure brand consistency and professional representation across all materials.

Skills & Competencies

· Experience in real estate marketing and sales is essential.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong leadership, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.

· Good knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and MS Office.

· Creative mindset with attention to detail and presentation.
