Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & GTM Associate to lead RideSenses end-to-end marketing execution. This role combines strategy + creation + execution: you’ll be directly responsible for planning campaigns, creating content (posts, reels, shorts, stories, blogs), managing channels, and driving adoption. You will work directly with the CMO, gaining exposure to strategic decision-making while owning daily execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation:
    • Conceptualize, design, and publish posts, reels, and videos across Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
    • Write captions, edit videos, and create engaging stories using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
    • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style.
  • Social Media Management: Own RideSense’s digital presence across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and WhatsApp. Run contests, polls, and UGC campaigns.
  • Community Engagement: Engage directly with riders, admins, and ambassadors to grow grassroots adoption (WhatsApp groups, riding clubs, cafs).
  • Offline Marketing: Execute caf partnerships, poster campaigns, ride-along activations, and stall setups.
  • Campaign Analytics: Track performance (reach, engagement, installs, conversions) and refine execution week by week.
  • Cross-Functional Sync: Collaborate with product and leadership to time marketing pushes with new feature rollouts and rider events.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation (consumer startup or D2C brand experience preferred).
  • Proven portfolio of posts, reels, or campaigns executed independently (hands-on content skills are essential).
  • Strong skills with tools like Canva, Figma, CapCut/InShot/Adobe Premiere Rush (or equivalent).
  • Ability to handle both visual design and video editing without reliance on agencies.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, social trends, and what drives organic growth.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
  • Bonus: Passion for motorcycles, travel, or community-driven products.
