Marketing Graphic Designer

Zebra Learn is seeking highly skilled artists to oversee the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics, including layouts and photos. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual aspects of websites, social media posts, ad posts, product packaging, exhibitions, and more. Your creations should not only captivate viewers but also effectively convey the intended message. Your responsibilities will include developing visual concepts and designing advertisements that resonate with target audiences. You will be tasked with producing marketing materials such as brochures, pamphlets, flyers, posters, billboards, or postcards to promote our products and services. Additionally, you will design visual elements like logos, brochures, product labels, or packaging materials. Proficiency in computer software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is essential for creating original artwork or modifying existing pieces to meet specific design requirements. In this role, you will conceptualize ideas by hand or using software and bring them to life by determining the optimal use of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout. It is imperative to adhere to brand guidelines and tailor social media and ad posts accordingly. Collaboration with the marketing team to stay abreast of emerging design trends is also a key aspect of this position. The ideal candidate will possess proven graphic design experience, a robust portfolio of illustrations or graphics, and a comprehensive understanding of marketing, website design, production, corporate identity, advertisements, product packaging, and multimedia design. Proficiency in using Adobe Suite is a prerequisite, along with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail. Strong communication skills, the ability to work methodically, meet deadlines, and a degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field are preferred qualifications. This is a full-time position based in Surat, Gujarat, requiring in-office work six days a week (Monday to Saturday). The desired candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in the field, and the compensation will be as per industry standards.
