We are looking for a creative and energetic Marketing Executive (Fresher) to support our in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate should have basic skills in social media (Meta), content writing, graphic designing, and video editing/shooting. Experience is not mandatory, but skills and interest are essential.
· Manage Meta platforms (Instagram & Facebook) – posting, replies, boosting, and basic insights tracking
· Assist in creating social media content (text + visuals)
· Shoot photos and videos of products, machines, and shop floor activities
· Edit reels and short videos using basic editing tools (CapCut, VN, or mobile apps)
· Design creatives using Canva or similar tools for Instagram and stories
· Coordinate with production and sales teams for content and updates
· Basic knowledge of Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram)
· Ability to shoot and edit short videos/reels
· Familiarity with video editing tools (mobile or desktop)
· Knowledge of Canva or similar graphic design tools
· Good content writing skills (English or regional language)
· Creative mindset and willingness to work on the shop floor
