Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support our marketing campaigns, brand promotions, and lead generation activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Manage BTL activities like apartment campaigns, events, roadshows, and branding at project sites.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine strategies.
Coordinate with sales and design teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Handle vendor coordination, budgeting, and campaign ROI tracking.
Create engaging content for promotional materials, social media, and advertisements.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
2-5 years of relevant experience in real estate/FMCG/retail preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Willingness to travel for campaign execution and field activities.
