Job Description

Lead Generation & Sales Support

Generate leads for the sales team in coordination with the marketing team
Work on existing customer databases to identify and generate new business opportunities
Identify unvisited / potential customers through internet research
Share company and product details with prospects and forward leads to field staff for visits
Conduct tele-calling to fix appointments for the sales team

Customer Communication

Prepare and send emails to customers detailing company profile, products, pricing, and key specialties
Regularly check emails and respond promptly to customer inquiries
Communicate with clients regarding order status and delivery timelines
Ensure maximum customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses

Quotation & Order Coordination

Prepare quotations and negotiate prices as per company guidelines
Follow up on quotations and orders with customers
Coordinate with the marketing department for job confirmation and job card follow-up
Track job progress and follow up internally for timely execution

Inter-Departmental Coordination

Resolve customer requirements by coordinating with marketing, design, production, accounts, and dispatch departments
Ensure smooth flow of information between internal teams and customers

Reporting & MIS

Prepare and submit daily and monthly MIS reports related to leads, sales, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and orders

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
