As a real estate executive, you will be responsible for representing clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in real estate transactions, ensuring their needs and goals are met
- Conduct market research and analyze data to provide clients with accurate market information
- Showcase properties to potential buyers and renters
- Negotiate contracts and facilitate smooth transactions
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, laws, and regulations
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in real estate (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
