MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The role involves handling social media management, digital marketing, telecalling potential clients, lead generation, client conversion, and overall marketing support. The ideal candidate should be proactive, creative, and capable of driving business growth through effective marketing and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
• Monitor reach, engagement, and growth, ensuring consistent brand visibility.
• Lead Generation & Telecalling
• Identify and contact potential clients through calls, messages, and online platforms.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed clients.
• Digital Marketing
• Assist in running online campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, SEO, etc.).
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Client Relations & Support
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and messages.
• Maintain proper records of inquiries, leads, and conversions.
• Support account management and coordinate with internal teams.

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills in English & Malayalam.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Confidence in client interaction and telecalling.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Communication or related field.
• Prior experience in marketing, telecalling, or digital campaigns preferred.

Compensation

• Fixed monthly salary (based on experience).
• Performance-based incentives for successful client conversions.
