The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting upcoming agriculture seminars, coordinating with farmers and institutions, and ensuring maximum participation. The role focuses on outreach, event coordination, and awareness creation about agricultural programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing activities to promote agricultural seminars and awareness programs.
Visit agricultural offices, farmer groups, and local communities to inform and invite participants,Including public and Private institutions
Coordinate with team members and local authorities for event arrangements and logistics.
Distribute promotional materials such as leaflets, banners, and invitations.
Handle participant registrations and maintain attendance records.
Assist in organizing the seminar venue, materials, and participant support.
Collect feedback from attendees and prepare post-event reports.
Maintain good relationships with farmers, associations, and partner organizations.
Qualification & Experience:
Degree or Diploma in Agriculture / Marketing / Rural Development / related field.
1–3 years of experience in field marketing, event coordination, or community outreach.
Good communication and public relations skills.
Willingness to travel and interact with farmers and local bodies.
