Role & responsibilities 1. Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer accounts. 2. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal. 3. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients. 4. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. 5. Respond to customer inquiries, quotes, and requests promptly and professionally. 6. Participation in Trade Shows & Marketing Activities 7. Market Analysis & Reporting 8. After-Sales Support 9. Marketing Sales, Communication, Sales pitch, Determined to sell 10. Willing to Travel. Daily Reporting to Head Office. Goal oriented, self-motivated, pro-active. 11. Go-To Market Strategy Generate new leads from market through visits, customer referrals, Industry referrals, similar industry customers, etc. 12. Create consistent activity management, opportunity and account plans 13. Prepare sales forecasts; establish targets in areas such as product mix, sales volume, market share, or business development and monitor the performance of the sales against these goals; adjust sales strategies to meet changing markets and competitive conditions. 14. Excellent sales and negotiation skills. 15. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively. Preferred candidate profile 1. Must have good knowledge of Garment industry. 2. Must have knowledge of Embroidery and in Men's wear. 3. Candide must be well dressed and presentable. 4.
