We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in marketing or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Analyze market data and provide insights to enhance sales performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and maximize efficiencies.
Identify and propose new opportunities to expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Conduct appraisals of team members and monitor assessment scores.
Review daily sales reports for direct reportees and suggest areas for improvement.
Direct the team to ensure on-time order confirmations, follow up for permits and other required documents with customers, and visit customers based on the visit plan.
Ensure regular visits by BD representatives and follow up with customers for collections, C Forms, and EVC collections.
Request allocation of stocks to the central SCM team and follow up with the SCM team for timely deliveries.
Perform any other task delegated by the reporting manager or senior management.
