Job Description

Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute

    ATL (Above The Line)

    and

    BTL (Below The Line)

    marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate

    promotional events, in-store branding, and merchandising activities

  • Liaise with

    vendors, agencies, and internal teams

    to manage campaign deliverables
  • Conduct

    market and competitor research

    to identify trends and opportunities
  • Track, analyze, and report

    campaign performance

    and customer engagement metrics
  • Assist in content creation, digital presence enhancement, and lead generation initiatives
  • Support sales teams with marketing materials and activation efforts

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience

    in marketing
  • Strong understanding of

    ATL & BTL strategies

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and vendor management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing tools
  • Preferred Industry Background:

    Retail, Apparel, FMCG, Hosiery
  • Must be

    based in Mumbai

    or

    willing to relocate

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Knowledge of regional marketing trends and consumer behavior in the retail/FMCG sector
