Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing Executive , you will:

• Promote and sell

  domestic and international tour packages

• Identify and pursue

  new business opportunities

  and generate leads
• Understand customer needs and offer

  customized travel solutions

• Build and maintain

  strong client and partner relationships

• Provide detailed information on

  travel packages, itineraries, and offers

• Guide customers throughout the

  booking process for a smooth experience

• Collaborate with the

  marketing team

  to design impactful campaigns

Requirements

• Open to both male and female candidates

• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong

  passion for travel and tourism

• Ability to

  analyze customer needs

  and recommend suitable packages

• Self-motivated

  with a goal-oriented approach
• Basic knowledge of

  travel destinations, trends, and tourism industry

• Prior experience in

  sales or travel services

  is a plus (not mandatory)

Earnings & Career Growth

• Commission-Based Role (Training Phase):

  You will earn a commission on every successful booking/closure. No fixed salary during this phase.

• Salary:

  30,000 per month

• Training Period:

  6 months with

  monthly/quarterly targets

  . Performance will be evaluated regularly.

• Confirmation & Salary:

  Upon successful completion of training and meeting required performance standards, you will be confirmed as a

  Full-Time Employee

  and shifted to a

  monthly salary structure

  as per company norms.

• Work Mode:

  Remote by default, with the flexibility to work from the office (Hybrid mode available).
