Job Description

As a Junior Executive in the QC & Product Development department at Vijay Dairy & Farm Products (P) Ltd, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and innovation of our products in the Batter Division. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about food science and have a strong background in QC/R&D, preferably in the FMCG/Batter industry. The ideal candidate should have a B.Sc./B.Tech/M.Sc. degree in Food Technology or a related field, with 0-2 years of experience. You should have strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills, along with proficiency in conducting tests and experiments in a laboratory setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be responsible for driving research and development initiatives for our products. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is crucial to your success in this position.
