Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and roll out creative marketing strategies to boost the club’s events, services, and membership programs.
• Ensure club activities are marketed effectively and attractively.
• Design and create content that stands out — from flyers and email newsletters to social media posts, posters, and website updates.
• Keep the club’s website up-to-date, visually appealing, and in line with the brand’s identity.
• Grow and maintain the club’s mailing list, ensuring consistent and relevant communication with members and prospects.
• Gather feedback from members and use insights to improve the club’s offerings and experiences.
• Keep an eye on marketing trends, especially within hospitality, nightlife, and lifestyle spaces, to keep our strategies fresh and effective.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous marketing experience
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal with a knack for storytelling and brand voice.
• A creative mindset with basic design skills (experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, especially during club events.

Bonus Points For:

• Photography and/or videography skills to capture and create content in real-time.
• Good understanding of the local scene and audience demographics.
• Hands-on experience with event promotion and activation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
