Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in industrial or B2B marketing, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach toward lead generation and customer relationship management. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in social media marketing. Key Responsibilities:Generate new leads through market research, cold calling, industrial visits, exhibitions, and online platforms Follow up and convert leads into potential business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers Conduct regular customer meetings and site visits to understand requirements and feedback Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction Promote company products and services through digital and offline channels Manage social media pages and create engaging content to build brand visibility Monitor competitor activities and market trends Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales and marketing activities Requirements:Graduate/PG in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 1–3 years of experience in industrial or technical product marketing Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently Two-wheeler and valid driving license (if required for field visits)
