Key Responsibilities:

· • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the school’s brand and increase student admissions.

· • Coordinate and manage online and offline marketing campaigns.

· • Engage in school outreach activities, including tie-ups with coaching centers, preschools, and local influencers.

· • Plan and execute events such as open houses, school fairs, and orientation programs.

· • Work closely with the admissions and academic teams to align marketing efforts with institutional goals.

· • Create and manage content for brochures, newsletters, advertisements, and the website.

· • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences.

· • Monitor and report performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights.

Key Requirements:

· • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

· • 3–4 years of proven experience in school or education sector marketing.

· • Strong understanding of local education market dynamics in Agra.

· • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.

· • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred:

· • Experience in school branding or working with K-12 institutions.

· • Creative mindset with attention to detail.

· • Fluency in English and Hindi.

Compensation:

As per industry standards and experience.
