Note: This hiring is specifically for the following regions: Kanpur ,UP- East, Bihar, Jharkhand, Gorakhpur, Farrukhabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Rama University's programs and courses in your assigned region.
• Identify, generate, and follow up on prospective student leads.
• Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and local educational communities.
• Conduct presentations, seminars, and awareness sessions for students and parents.
• Coordinate and participate in admission campaigns, career fairs, and promotional events.
• Achieve student enrollment targets within the assigned region.
• Track competitor activities and provide market insights.
• Maintain timely reports of daily, weekly, and monthly marketing activities.

Requirements Marketing Executive:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred).

13 years of experience in marketing, sales, or education sector.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability and willingness to travel extensively in the assigned region.

Requirements Senior Marketing Executive:

Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred).

36 years of experience in marketing/admissions in the education sector.

Proven track record of achieving enrollment or sales targets.

Strong leadership, networking, and mentoring skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a team in the assigned territory.
