Marketing Executive - Real Estate

Role Overview: As a Marketing Specialist for real estate projects, your primary responsibility will be to plan and execute both ATL and BTL campaigns. You will also be required to manage various digital marketing activities such as social media, paid campaigns, and performance tracking. Collaboration with the sales team to ensure the generation of quality leads and coordination with agencies for branding and promotional events will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance and providing recommendations for improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute ATL/BTL campaigns for real estate projects. - Manage digital marketing activities including social media, paid campaigns, and performance tracking. - Work closely with the sales team to generate quality leads. - Coordinate with agencies for branding and promotional events. - Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements. Qualification Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing or related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate marketing. - Strong understanding of ATL, BTL, and performance marketing. - Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital analytics tools.
