You are a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive with a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structures. Your primary responsibility will be to develop new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with clients across Odisha. Your key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business leads and opportunities for PEB structures in the industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. You will focus on building and maintaining robust client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Additionally, you will develop marketing strategies to promote PEB solutions, collaborating with internal teams for seamless project delivery and customer support. Your goal will be to achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic marketing and business development activities, while also conducting market research to stay informed about trends and competitors. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the PEB or construction industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the Odisha market is considered an advantage.
