Job Summary:

Educational Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Institutional Marketing & Outreach:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns targeting Higher Secondary (+2), Schools, and Colleges.
Conduct school/college visits, seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions.
Build long-term relationships with school principals, coordinators, and education counselors.

Branding & Collateral Management:

Develop brochures, banners, event kits, and other promotional materials.
Ensure consistent branding across all physical and digital touchpoints.

Communication & Public Relations:

Represent the college at education fairs, exhibitions, and other public forums.
Develop PR content such as press releases, articles, and testimonials.

Lead Generation & Support to Admissions:

Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure timely follow-up on generated leads.
Maintain a database of school/college contacts and outreach status.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Management.
Experience:
38 years in educational marketing, student outreach, or branding (preferred in the education sector).
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Comfortable with public speaking and interacting with institutions.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Willingness to travel for institutional visits and events.
