In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies across various social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the editing team for content editing. Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to improve performance. Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner. Run paid ad campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. Identify and generate leads from various online and offline sources such as social media, search engines, email campaigns, events, and referrals Track and monitor the status of leads to ensure timely follow-up and conversion. Regularly monitor Google reviews to identify customer feedback and trends. Respond promptly to both positive and negative reviews, addressing customer concerns and expressing appreciation for feedback. Key Skills: Graduate (a must) Proven experience managing brand social media accounts. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.). Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Creative mindset and attention to detail.
