About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, outgoing, and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is focused on field marketing, where you will be actively engaging with potential clients, business partners, and local communities to promote our products/services. You will be responsible for representing the brand at events, trade shows, and on-site visits to generate leads, build relationships, and increase brand awareness in key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Engagement: Actively engage with customers, potential clients, and local communities to promote the company’s products/services and generate sales leads.
• Event Representation: Attend and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, exhibitions, and local outreach activities to create awareness and generate interest.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and business partners, to increase market presence.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct on-site product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients and partners.
• Market Research: Collect data on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities during field visits to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling, visiting potential clients, and following up on leads generated from events or direct marketing efforts.
• Promotional Campaigns: Support the execution of localized promotional campaigns in targeted regions or communities.
• Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular updates on field activities, customer feedback, and market conditions to the marketing team and management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align field activities with overall marketing strategies and business goals.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1-2 years) in a field marketing or sales role (preferably in B2B or B2C).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and partners.
• Highly organized with the ability to plan and execute activities in the field.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence potential clients.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated to achieve targets.
• Proficient in using MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Willingness to travel frequently within the designated region.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in organizing and attending industry-specific trade shows or events.
• Knowledge of local market dynamics and customer behavior.
• Previous experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and customer relationship management.
• Ability to use digital marketing tools for field-based marketing initiatives (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
