Job Description

Assist in research, ideation, curating, and outreach to brands, communities, individuals and implementing marketing plans aligned with the firm's goals and objectives. Support the team in identifying market trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth. Identify opportunities for brand partners to participate on-ground at relevant festivals, summits, awards. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials. Assist in creating marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and monthly campaigns. Curating Conceptual digital campaigns and supporting the team in the output for the same across internal pages as well as concepts for brand partners. Assist in identifying the right digital amplification platforms and partnerships. Coordinate the creation of engaging content, including blogs, articles, and social media updates. Collaborate with team members to ensure content aligns with the firm's brand and messaging. Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Track and report the performance of campaigns to ensure goals are met. Support the promotion of firm and brand events, pop-ups and campaigns. Help identify and secure opportunities for brand sponsorships and partnerships to increase visibility and credibility. Conduct basic market research to understand client needs and industry trends. Provide insights to the team to inform marketing strategies across verticals. Work closely with the marketing and PR teams to align efforts and achieve common goals. Support client campaigns and ensure cohesive messaging across platforms. Manage marketing calendars, track deadlines, and organize materials for campaigns. Assist in managing budgets for campaigns and events, ensuring resource efficiency."
