Job Description

You will be responsible for conducting regular fieldwork to promote hospital services within your assigned territory. This includes organizing eye check-up camps and identifying potential patients or businesses based on the current scenario. It is essential to maintain a record of visited areas, including names and mobile numbers, and submit detailed working reports at the end of each day. In addition, you will need to follow up with the visited areas, conduct marketing campaigns in peripheral areas, and stay updated on territory, customer, marketing, and competitor knowledge. You are required to prepare a monthly work plan, post daily morning work plans, and provide daily reporting. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as food provision, health insurance, and provident fund. The work schedule is during day shifts with the opportunity for performance bonuses. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of total work experience, with a minimum of 1 year in marketing. Proficiency in English is preferred, and the work location is in person.,
