Marketing Executive

Job Summary

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to promote real estate projects, generate qualified leads, and support sales conversions. The role requires active coordination with clients, availability at project sites, and close collaboration with the sales team to ensure effective client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for residential and commercial real estate projects
• Plan and manage digital marketing activities (social media, property portals, online campaigns, email marketing)
• Coordinate and conduct client site visits, including scheduling, follow-ups, and on-site support
• Be available at the project site to explain project details, layouts, amenities, pricing, and offers to clients
• Assist clients during property visits and ensure a smooth site experience
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead allocation, site visits, and conversions
• Organize and support property exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events
• Manage on-ground marketing activities such as branding, hoardings, brochures, and standees
• Liaise with vendors, agencies, and channel partners
• Track leads, maintain MIS reports, and analyze marketing performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate marketing (preferred)
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to confidently explain project features and benefits to clients
• Willingness to work from the project site and coordinate site visits
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and real estate portals
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in site marketing / on-site coordination
• Familiarity with real estate portals such as 99acres, Magicbricks, Housing, etc.
• Flexible with working hours based on client site visit schedules
