Role Overview

At Truva, organic and hyperlocal marketing is core to how we build trust and visibility in every micro-market we operate in. We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who can help us establish and grow our presence — society by society — using a mix of offline activations, digital community engagement, and strong local networks.
In this role, you will lead our hyperlocal initiatives on the ground and online. From getting us into the right WhatsApp groups and society apps, to setting up referral loops and managing community outreach — your work will shape how Truva is discovered without paid ads. This role is hands-on, execution-focused, and a stepping stone toward a broader growth role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build Hyperlocal Presence – Identify high-intent societies and build access via WhatsApp groups, society apps (MyGate, NoBrokerHood), and local events.
  • Set Up & Manage Local Networks – Find and activate POCs (residents, sellers, buyers, admins) to drive organic referrals and repeat outreach.
  • Post & Engage in Communities – Share listings and Truva updates in society forums, Facebook groups, and Reddit threads; track conversations and respond.
  • Coordinate Society Outreach – Run consistent offline and online activations across micro-markets, including standees, kiosks, and listing posters.
  • Track Performance & Learn – Maintain trackers for society-wise activity, message engagement, and referral traction; feed learnings into repeatable playbooks.

What We’re Looking For

0–2 years of experience in marketing, community, or operations
