We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Marketing Executive to strengthen our on-ground presence in Bangalore. This role requires someone passionate about marketing, networking, and driving impactful initiatives in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Doctor Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with local doctors, specialists, and clinics to increase referrals and awareness.

Corporate Tie-ups: Approach and collaborate with corporates, HR teams, and wellness managers for employee health camps, check-ups, and awareness sessions.

Event & Camp Management: Organize and execute free health camps, awareness programs, and promotional activities across Bangalore.

Marketing Strategy Execution: Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring on-ground marketing strategies tailored for Bangalore’s market.

Brand Visibility: Increase HHC’s visibility in the region through innovative local marketing activities, partnerships, and outreach programs.

Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from the field, monitor competitor activities, and share insights for continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory)

1–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, field marketing, or business development. (Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for marketing may also apply)

Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with fieldwork.

Ability to plan and execute events, handle multiple tasks, and work independently.

Strong problem-solving and execution mindset.
