Job Description for Marketing and Communications Executive @ Harleys Fine Baking

Job Summary:

We invite applications from young and enthusiastic marketing professionals who are passionate about modern marketing tools and eager to apply them in developing and implementing impactful promotion and brand-building strategies for Harleys.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop fresh campaign ideas, content themes, and creative concepts

• Manage influencer marketing end-to-end: scouting, outreach, negotiations, coordination, and performance tracking

• Coordinate with agencies, creators, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of all marketing activities

• Monitor trends, competitors, and platforms to identify new opportunities for growth

• Maintain basic reporting, documentation, and performance summaries

• Support in shoots, events, collaborations, and day-to-day marketing tasks

Required Qualification and Competencies:

Education: Preferably a post graduate in marketing or mass communication, however graduates are also encouraged to apply if they meet the required knowledge and skill levels.

Experience: 0 - 2 years

Skills required: knowledge of digital marketing tools, professional communication ability, decent computing skills, and excellent team player.

Location and Employment: Full time requirement at Hyderabad.

Salary Range: Rs. 20,000 - 30,000 (However salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.
