Key Skills - Confident, outgoing personality with a go-getter attitude - Willingness to travel for meetings and events - Good in MS Office, PPT, Excel and AI tools Key Responsibilities Client Servicing & Relationship Management: - Act as a primary point of contact for existing clients. - Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver quality service. - Regularly follow up for feedback, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities New Business Development: - Identify and contact prospective clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, and networking. - Generate and schedule appointments with decision-makers across industries. - Ensure a minimum of 2 client meetings per week from self-generated leads. Event Participation & Field Engagement: - Actively participate in on-ground events, brand activations, and industry meetups. - Represent the agency professionally and build connections that generate leads or branding opportunities.
