Job Title: Field Marketing Executive Location: Chennai Industry: Green Building Materials (Reco Products) Experience: 5 to 6 years We are seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Executive with 5 to 6 years of experience in field sales or marketing, ideally within the building materials or construction sector. This role requires a proactive individual to promote our eco-friendly building products throughout Chennai by engaging with retail outlets, construction professionals, and potential dealers. Key Responsibilities: Visit retail shops, hardware stores, and building material suppliers to showcase and promote products. Establish and nurture relationships with civil contractors, site engineers, project managers, architects, and interior designers to drive product awareness and generate leads. Identify new dealers and distribution partners and facilitate onboarding. Explore and develop new applications and markets for our product range. Report regularly on field activities, customer feedback, and competitor insights. Collaborate closely with the senior marketing officer to implement marketing strategies. Requirements: 5 to 6 years of proven field marketing or sales experience, preferably in building materials or construction. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Thorough knowledge of the Chennai market and willingness to travel extensively within the city. Self-motivated and target-driven, capable of working independently.
