Marketing Executive (Field Sales)

Position Overview

The Marketing Executive (Field Sales) will be responsible for driving business growth through direct client interactions, relationship building, and project-based sales. The role involves pitching Delhi Rocks’ products and solutions to architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction from enquiry to order closure.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and engage with potential clients including architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.

● Present Delhi Rocks’ product range, materials, and design solutions through visits, meetings, and presentations.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.

● Collaborate with the internal design and operations team to ensure timely delivery and service support.

● Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and showroom activities to promote the brand.

● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

● Provide feedback on market trends, client preferences, and competitor activities.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

● More than 4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in marble, tiles, building materials, or luxury interiors.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills.

● Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

● Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

● Ability to travel locally and meet clients regularly.
