Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns for the Travel Care line. Content Creation: Create engaging content for email, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives. Graphic and Video Content: Design graphics using Photoshop and produce videos with Premiere Pro to support campaigns. Client Journey Management: Design and manage client journeys for seamless interactions. Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends and target audiences. Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies. Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and customer service teams for campaign alignment. Personalization: Utilize tools for personalized communication across multiple channels. Client Segmentation: Manage client segments for targeted engagement. AI-Based Insights: Leverage AI-driven analytics to enhance engagement strategies. Omnichannel Optimization: Refine campaigns based on performance data and feedback. Key Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Experience: Proven B2B campaign management experience, preferably in the travel industry. Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot). Strong analytical and project management skills. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies. Expertise in AI-driven personalization. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro. Familiarity with customer engagement platforms and AI tools.
