Marketing Executive – Education & Healthcare Outreach

Key Responsibilities

1. Institutional Outreach & Relationship Building

• Visit nursing, medical, dental, pharmacy, physiotherapy, and allied health colleges across Chennai and Tamil Nadu.
• Meet principals, HODs, training coordinators, and placement officers.
• Build strong partnerships and get permission to conduct career sessions.
• Maintain regular communication with institutions and hospitals.

2. Seminars & Career Presentations

• Conduct presentations for final-year students about working abroad, licensing exams, training options, and job pathways.
• Present confidently to groups ranging from 30 to 300+ students.
• Handle Q&A sessions with clarity and professionalism.

3. Lead Generation & Student Registrations

• Encourage students to register for international exam coaching and overseas job programs.
• Use QR forms, Google forms, and physical data sheets to collect leads.
• Submit accurate lead data daily to the telecalling team.

4. Hospital Outreach

• Visit hospitals to meet nursing supervisors, HR managers, and department heads.
• Conduct small sessions for staff nurses and allied health professionals.
• Promote exam training and overseas job pathways for working professionals.

5. Database Collection & Lead Building

• Collect detailed and verified student/professional databases from:
• Colleges and universities
• Nursing, dental, pharmacy, and paramedical institutions
• Hospitals (staff nurse databases)
• Physical seminars and campus drives
• Education fairs & events
• WhatsApp, Telegram, alumni groups
• Organise data neatly and share with telecallers for conversion.

6. Branding & Marketing Activities

• Distribute brochures, posters, and flyers in institutions.
• Coordinate with digital marketing to share visit photos and event content.
• Represent the company at job fairs, training seminars, and education expos.

7. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily activity logs and visit reports.
• Report lead counts, conversions, and target achievements.
• Update management regularly.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
