Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Marketing Executives / Medical Representatives to promote Cureva products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and distributors. This is an excellent opportunity for science and pharmacy graduates who want to start a strong career in pharmaceutical marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and detail company products to doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Achieve monthly sales and coverage targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors and retailers.
• Organize CMEs, product presentations, and marketing activities.
• Report daily calls, feedback, and competitor insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with company marketing policies.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and presentation ability.
• Confidence and self-motivation to meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and marketing ethics.
• Good command over MS Office and digital communication tools.

Qualifications

• Candidates from Pharma, Science, or Marketing background will be preferred.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

CTC: ₹1,20,000 – ₹1,80,000 per annum
Incentives: Up to ₹60,000 per year (performance-based)
