Job Description

No of Vacancy :- 2

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote Biometa Polypacks products and services.
Conduct
cold calls
and digital outreach to generate leads and support the sales team.
Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, product sheets, social media content, and email campaigns.
Write and edit
blogs, articles, and website content
to strengthen online visibility and SEO ranking.
Conduct
market research
and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
Manage company presence across
digital platforms (LinkedIn, website, etc.)
and coordinate with vendors for design and printing activities.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing goals with business objectives.
Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
(For Senior Role) Lead marketing initiatives, guide the junior executive, and contribute to overall brand strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.

Experience:
Strong communication and writing skills (English proficiency preferred).
Proficiency in
digital marketing tools
(Google Ads, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.).
Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media management.
Creative thinking with the ability to generate new campaign ideas.
Good understanding of
lead generation, CRM tools, and data analysis.
Self-driven, organized, and capable of multitasking in a startup environment.
